OUR RETURNS POLICY
Receipt of Damaged Items:
Please inspect all packages for damage upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, make a note of the damage on the shippers receipt and keep a copy. Please notify us the same day so we can notify the shipping company, file a damage claim form and send you a replacement if necessary. Please retain all packing materials in case it is necessary for item(s) to be returned. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations must be submitted by phone the same day that the order is placed to avoid order cancellation fees. Orders cancelled after 5:30 Pacific Time, Monday through Friday on the date the order was placed are subject to a fee of 5% of the total to cover credit card processing fees. Orders must be cancelled before shipment. I am unable to cancel orders once they have shipped to you.
